Mike has watched LinkedIn Learning courses every year from 2020 through 2025. The volume and topical mix trace a steady shift from academic support material to stack-specific training matching the current project phase. The pattern is distinct from Learning by Building. LinkedIn Learning is pre-project material, absorbed before or alongside hands-on work rather than through it.

Volume by Year

The 2020 count (3 items) coincides with the DUT first year. The jump to 13 items in 2021 tracks the transition into the ESIEE Paris engineering program and the Safran apprenticeship, when the skill surface area expanded sharply.

Topic Drift

Early courses (2020) include management-oriented material ("Gérer les hauts potentiels," "Devenir un manager bienveillant") alongside a technical course on C# collections and generics. The management courses at age 20 during a DUT are unusual. They suggest either a proactive interest in leadership beyond coding, or required HR course completion as part of the curriculum.

Later years drift toward technical stack courses aligned with the active work: React Native for mobile, JavaScript ecosystem material during the Safran stack, and (inferred from the learning path pattern) AI and product-focused material during the founder era.

Pattern Characteristics
